Introducing our Mamma Che Quadrotti, crafted with love, tradition and an absolute explosion of flavour.
Mamma took a dreamy blend of creamy ricotta, Parmigiano, golden fried aubergines and fragrant basil pesto, folding it all into perfect, handmade Quadrotti. To finish, she tossed it in a rich, velvety five-tomato and butter sauce that you will definitely need extra bread for.

That was close!

For a few hours yesterday, London felt a lot like Italy 🇮🇹
There was such a beautiful energy, neighbours walking in, pasta being made, glasses being raised and the loveliest people gathering around Mamma’s table.
And the cherry on top? Finally meeting in real life so many of you we usually only meet online, in the comments or DMs.
To our neighbours, our online community and everyone who brought that energy yesterday: grazie for making Ferragosto feel like home.
Turns out, casa can be a table full of people you’ve just met! ❤️
Yesterday, one question kept coming up: “When are we doing this again?” 👀

Meet TONNO DA MAMMA, our newest pasta and basically Southern Italian summer on a plate.
Tonnarelli tangled in a fresh cherry tomato sauce with capers, olives, garlic and a little chilli, topped with fresh seared tuna.
Fresh, a little spicy and VERY easy to imagine eating somewhere by the sea with a cold glass of white wine. Except you’re on King’s Road. Close enough.
