Time’s up! Chef said NEW MENU 🍽️

Summer has officially arrived at Kinkally — with green pea pkhali, sea bream carpaccio with citrus tkemali, Georgian-spiced poussin chakhokhbili, Cornish plaice with celeriac tashmijabi, new khinkali, and desserts… that feel a little too indulgent for polite behaviour 🤫

A little lighter, a little sharper, still unmistakably Kinkally 🤍

Why wait until evening?

At first, khinkali were reserved strictly for dinner.
But after enough longing looks, enough hopeful questions, and more than a few “surely you serve them at brunch?” — we finally gave in.

So here they are.
Our Langoustine and Wagyu khinkali, now joining brunch at Kinkally. The very same pleats, the very same ritual — simply arriving a little earlier in the day.

Some things are too good to keep until nightfall. 🌿

Some recipes stay in the family for years before they ever reach a menu 🤍

This ice cream recipe came from Eren’s father — made at home, passed down by memory, repetition, and instinct rather than measurements on paper.

Now, Eren has brought it to Kinkally and reimagined it in his own way — without losing where it came from.

Grab a spoon before our new menu arrives on the 1st of June 🍽️

Behind every perfect brunch, there is a team that started long before you arrived 🤍

Meet Eren — our Sr. Sous Chef and one of the magicians behind your cozy weekends at Kinkally.

While Fitzrovia is still waking up, the kitchen is already in motion: flatbreads prepared, details refined, every dish ready to meet you at its best.

You may have already met his Georgian spice-cured duck breast pastrami, but if you haven’t…

For those who can’t choose between a coffee or a cocktails at brunch 🤍

The Bar Kinky team .kinky have solved the dilemma rather elegantly — meet XO XO Espresso.
An espresso martini twist with a touch of cognac, apricot and a whisper of hazelnut foam.

Familiar enough to feel like a morning, indulgent enough to celebrate it.
Because all weekends are special occasions at Kinkally ✨

In Georgia, kveri are known as half-moon dumplings — humble, brothless, beloved 🫶🏻

Chef David took that familiarity and made it his own. Same pleats, same precision — but shaped like miniature khinkali, filled with cauliflower and hazelnut, and finished with a bell pepper adjika sauce.

Recognisable at first glance. Surprising at first bite 🍽️

Every dish at Kinkally begins with a memory ✨

Chef David doesn’t speak of it often — shy, our chef — so next time, ask.

Behind these walls lives a story: a warm kitchen, his beloved nana, a childhood that never quite let go.
He’s carried those recipes across borders, across years —
and now, quietly, they’ve found their place at Kinkally 🫶🏻

Khinkali aren’t just dumplings 🫶🏻

They’re built around the broth.
Everything — the dough, the folds, the shape — exists to protect it. Get that wrong, and nothing else matters.

So we keep folding. Hour after hour, day after day. Until it holds exactly as it should 🤍

It begins, as all proper things do, with patience 🫶🏻

Dough, kneaded not once, nor twice — but hundreds of times over, each day, until it yields just enough. Not to us, but to the craft.

By evening, there will be thousands. Each one sealed by hand.

Precise folds holding warmth, broth, and something far rarer: discipline.

At Kinkally, khinkali are not made.
They are practised. Relentlessly 🤍

A wine that refuses to behave 🤍

White grapes, left with their skins — not for hours, but for days… sometimes months.
In clay, beneath the earth, where time moves differently.

The result?
Amber. Textured. A little untamed.

As it has been for 8,000 years. As it should be.

You remember it in small moments — the first glass of wine, the warmth of khinkali, the feeling of not wanting to leave.

Some are about the feeling.

Kinkally on Charlotte Street is a delightful gem that showcases the best of modern Georgian cuisine. The restaurant's vibrant atmosphere is matched only by the passion and dedication of its talented team, who are committed to creating an unforgettable dining experience.

One standout dish that has captured the attention of food enthusiasts is the red mini-khinkali. This exquisite creation features tender duck breast marinated with ginger, garlic, and hoisin, complemented by a bold Sichuan-inspired sauce. The combination of fragrant Georgian adjika oil and fiery chili rings adds an exciting twist, making it a must-try for anyone looking to explore innovative flavors.

Another highlight from Kinkally’s menu is their small but impactful starter: pickled kimchi tomatoes paired with red tkemali and a kick of adjika. This dish strikes a perfect balance between sweet and bold, tantalizing the taste buds with its unique flavor profile.
