More updates on our garden project at Cherry Tree Café! We've completed the first stage of the project and look how beautiful it's looking!

Celebrating student success!
Matas, our hospitality and catering student clinched the gold medal in the WorldSkills UK competition for Restaurant Service Foundation Skills. Bradley, another of our students secured third place, earning the bronze!
The prestigious competition provides a platform for young talents aspiring to thrive in the hospitality industry. Under the virtual scrutiny of judges nationwide, students were tasked with setting a "table for two" for Armistice Day afternoon tea and crafting an elegant centrepiece.
Reflecting on his victory, Matas exclaimed, “It's surreal! Winning gold feels absolutely incredible, especially since I've never won any competition before.”
Tony Pecoraro, NCC's hospitality and catering lecturer, expressed immense pride in his students' accomplishments, noting their display of seasoned skills, knowledge, passion, and self-assurance. 🎉
