Our brand new food menu created by both Michelin-starred chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen of Northcote restaurant, and Executive Head Chef of The Stafford London, Jozef Rogulski has launched today. The menu is inspired by the best of the USA’s famed dishes and flavours, including dishes such as BBQ Iberico pork ribs and our Lobster Thermidor sub 🤤
Enjoy a selection of the above with our brand new cocktail menu - The Alchemy of Equilibrium. Based on the four elements, 17 cocktails explore the winds and seas, the fire of the sun, and the earth underfoot, which all act within the principle of universal equilibrium.

On Monday 30th May we will be launching a brand new food concept and cocktail menu at The American Bar. Under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen of Northcote restaurant, The American Bar has launched a brand new menu inspired by the best of the USA’s famed dishes and flavours. Both Lisa and Executive Head Chef of The Stafford London, Jozef Rogulski, have worked together to reimagine The American Bar’s food offering.
Our new cocktail menu - The Alchemy of Equilibrium - is based on the four elements. 17 cocktails explore the winds and seas, the fire of the sun, and the earth underfoot, which all act within the principle of universal equilibrium. To celebrate the launch of the new Downton Abbey film, Director of Mixology, Salvatore Megna has created a limited-edition cocktail made with Highclere Castle gin, which served as one of the main filming locations for the Emmy-award winning period drama series, movie, and prequel released today.
The tipple is made up of Highclere gin, Butterfly Pea Tea, blonde orange liqueur, rhubarb, gooseberry, citrus, and Mediterranean tonic 🍸
