Chef Athinagoras Kostakos and his team have scoured the country to find the best produce, including Bottarga from Mesologgi, tomatoes from Santorini and butter from Crete. With such an impressive portfolio of successful restaurants under his belt, it's no surprise that Meraki has quickly become one of London's top Greek restaurants.
