ACHIOTE CELERIAC 🌮💥
The veggie sharer here, one that definitely gets missed off the order by you meat lovers, but -d a n g- it’s a winner 🏆

🤌💥WHAT IS ACHIOTE?💥🤌
Achiote “ah•chee•oh•tay”
is the Mexican name for annato seeds which come from the Bixa orellana, a native shrub to South America+Mexico.
The Achiote paste used on this dish is made using these seeds and a combo of aromatic herbs, earthy spices and a hint of garlic to create this delicious marinade that the FTA lads have used for the celeriac.

Served on a banana leaf, with both salsas and pickled pinks.
