After much thought, it is with a heavy heart that I have made the difficult decision to put Greys up for sale due to an ongoing ankle injury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to own a well-established coffee shop in a prime village location. The business comes with a 101-year lease and is being sold with all fixtures and fittings, making it ready for a new owner to step in and continue its success from day one.

If you are using public transport, you can take the train to Bexley Station and then walk on to Bexley High Street for a few minutes until you reach your destination. Alternatively, there are several buses that pass through Bexley High Street that you can board from the nearby bus stop.

If you prefer to drive, there is a car park in Bexley High Street where you can park your vehicle for a fee. There is also on-street parking available around the area but be sure to check the parking restrictions and fees before leaving your car.
