I would stay there again.

Easy access to DLR. Secure luggage storage for early arrival, post checkout. Great view from riverside room. Shower pod roomy and clean. Good food options. I was there 3 years ago and was pleased to be able to book there again. Not really a criticism but be aware that even before British school holidays the hotel is very popular with tour groups so very busy early morning and when busloads arrive for check in.

One Night Visit

Easy to get to, you just have to walk through the underpass from Blackwall DLR station, it's very well lit and quite safe. Lovely staff, very helpful as we had to re-book following an illness. Great room very stylish

Excellent stay.

The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was close to Excel and that was what worked well for us. The rooms were clean and airy. The bathroom was also clean and had enough space in it. The only issue was that when you come out of the bathroom into the bedroom, there is a small step and felt the bathroom should have been on floor level, it would have been better.

If driving from central London, follow signs for A13 towards Docklands/Canary Wharf. Once on the A13, take exit number 1 for Royal Docks/Docklands/Custom House/Excel Centre. Follow signs for Excel Centre and then onto Royal Victoria Docks. There is a paid parking garage available at the hotel for guests.
