New at Kailash 👀🇳🇵

With some of Nepal’s biggest festivals approaching, we wanted to bring a little more of that tradition to the table. ❤️

Our new Nanglo Set is inspired by Nepalese Newari tradition and launches in time for the celebrations of Indra Jatra and Dashain, festivals that bring people together through culture, community and, of course, food. 🇳🇵✨

Made for sharing, you’ll find Sukuti, Mutton Choiyila, Aloo Achar, Chiura and Bhatmas Sandeko, alongside two Kailash favourites: Crazy Chicken and Chilli Momo 🌶️🥟

Some dishes tell a story, and Mutton Choiyila is one of them ❤️

A much-loved dish from Nepal, Choiyila has traditionally been enjoyed at family gatherings, festivals and celebrations. At Kailash, we use roasted mutton for its rich flavour and tenderness, before marinating it with traditional Nepalese spices to create a dish that's bold, smoky and full of character.

It's one of our favourite ways to share a little taste of Nepal with our community here in Welling and Woolwich.

Bhatmas Sandeko is made with roasted soya beans, green chilli, onion, ginger, garlic, coriander and fresh lemon juice, served cold, crunchy and full of flavour.
