Our new Signature Espresso is a natural Brazil with heaps of fruit-forward sweetness. Sourced with the help of , this coffee comes from Paulo Crabi’s farm in Elói Mendes, Minas Gerais.
The cherries have been fermented in a sealed, restricted-oxygen environment, lending to this coffee’s jammy fruit notes and heavier, syrupy mouthfeel.
Best enjoyed black for those ripe stone fruit notes that remind us of mango sorbet. With milk, it’s creamier, with classic vanilla notes we love.

What does water have to do with coffee?
It shapes every cup we drink. Water is an essential ingredient in growing and processing coffee, directly shaping the quality of every cup. But its impact goes far beyond taste. Access to clean water determines health, education, and long term stability for those growing the coffee we love.
On World Water Day 2026, we’re reminded of a deepening global water crisis. This year’s UN theme, “Water and Gender,” highlights a hard truth: while water affects everyone, it does not affect everyone equally.
In many regions, women and girls carry the heaviest burden. They are often responsible for collecting and managing water, yet are underrepresented in decisions about water access and infrastructure. This year’s campaign calls for change by placing women and girls at the centre of water solutions, and ensuring their voices are recognised in shaping their communities.
Through our partnership with Project Waterfall, we are committed to supporting clean water, sanitation, and hygiene projects in coffee-growing communities around the world.
If you’re curious, take a minute to read more about and other ways you can support their work. 💧

International Women’s Day was a few days ago, and we’ve been reflecting on how closely coffee is connected to the people who produce it.
We are proud to continue supporting , who help deliver clean water in coffee-growing communities. In the regions they support, women and girls are disproportionately affected by limited water access.
This year’s theme, *Give to Gain*, reminds us that when women and girls have access to clean water and safe sanitation, the gain time, education, independence, and opportunity - in turn helping entire communities gain stronger, more sustainable futures.
Every purchase of Kinini helps make a difference, with £1 of every kilo going directly to Project Waterfall. This coffee also supports the Kinini Project and is produced by a cooperative of which 85% are women, whose hard work and dedication make every cup possible. Read more about the Kinini Project in our upcoming post.

Our latest single-origin espresso release has been going down a treat.
Chapadão Espresso is exceptionally sweet and syrupy, reminiscent of stewed forest fruits. These brighter notes balance the rich dark chocolate undertones, lifting it beyond the usual nutty, chocolatey profile. Pair it with milk and it softens into a creamy, hazelnut-forward cup.
Brazil is often associated with large estate farms, but it is one of the most diverse coffee origins. In the past 10-15 years, improved traceability has revealed great specialty coffee from smaller estate farms and small producers.
This microlot was grown by Márcio Milano, whose family has been producing coffee in the region for over a century. Today, he runs the farm with his wife Tânia and their son.
