Cable Bakery was a coffee shop located in Bolton Crescent that offered a unique combination of services including Soughdough bakery, Coffee roastery, craft beers, organic wines and a select range of cocktails. They started as a supplier for their two cafes but ended up expanding into an evening cafe bar with a decent casual menu and craft beers on tap. The restaurant recently added sourdough pizzas to their menu, which were handcrafted using their own sourdough base. Unfortunately, the restaurant has been permanently closed.
