She's back 👀🍕

The Americana. White base, hot dogs, french fries (a lot of them). Yes, really and yes, it's authentic. This is the pizza Neapolitans actually grew up eating, and yes, we know it sounds mad, and yes, you need to try it.

Introducing Antimo. 13 years at Pizza Pilgrims, and now our GM in Glasgow. On our recent trip to Napoli he had one very important stop to make. A snowglobe at the Scott McTominay shrine - done.
A matching one for the Glasgow pizzeria - not done. He lost it somewhere between Naples and home.
Flowers at the shrine it is. Scott, we're sorry. We're making it up to you with pizza 🍕

Chelsea, we’re going full flower power 🌸

This week, our Chelsea pizzeria is getting a full-on floral glow-up for Chelsea in Bloom 2026. Expect a full intergalactic floral takeover, a limited-edition pizza, you’ll definitely want a slice of, and a rose spritz to match.

What's on it? Goat's cheese, red onion, olives, mozzarella, finished with honey, rocket and edible flowers straight from Kent.

Every time we're in Napoli, we go and see Giuseppe.

This is the mozzarella that goes on every single pizza we make. Pulled fresh, eaten fresher (yes we bite straight into it, no we don't regret it). These guys are family at this point and honestly the product just speaks for itself.

Wanna come and hang out in a Fontina cheese cave in the Italian Alps for 20 seconds and see Paulo “turning the cheese”? He turns each cheese twice a week and rubs with salt to help develop the rind. The smell in this cave was INSANE btw 😂. Our Fonduta pizza starring this cheese still available in All pizzeria for the next couple weeks! X
