Grey sky, blue sky - the blender doesn't check the forecast.
Over 90 fresh formulas behind this counter, and between us we've tried every single one. The team's current favourites: a Detox Zinger when the morning needs a nudge, a Berry Açaí when it doesn't, and a Mean Green for the brave. All freshly pressed, all made the moment you order.
Whatever the weather's doing out there, there's a glass of something lovely waiting in here. Come find us. ☀️

The best mornings start slowly. A granola bowl, a fresh juice, a window seat with the park just waking up outside. No phone-scrolling required — just good food, made fresh, eaten without hurry. It's a small ritual, but it sets the whole day right.
We're open from 8am. Come start the day properly.

Behind every juice, stew and flat white, there's a small team who genuinely love what they do. We're family-run, and it shows — in the way your order's remembered, the way the kitchen smells by mid-morning, the way regulars get greeted like old friends. We've been part of Stratford since 2017, and honestly, it's the people on both sides of the counter who make it.
Come say hello. ☀️

Some days call for a steaming bowl of soup - the kind that slows you down in the best way. Other days it's a salad box, crisp and colourful, everything freshly prepared that morning. We can't make the decision for you, but we can promise both sides are looked after properly.
Whichever way you lean today, your lunch break is safe with us. Pop in. 🌿

You've just spent the morning at V&A East — exploring fashion, design, culture, the things that make you think differently. Now your feet need a rest and your body needs fuel. We're a five-minute walk away, tucked beside the River Lea in the heart of the Olympic Park. Fresh food, proper coffee, juices that taste like they were made for moments like this. East Ginger and Mint has been the neighbourhood's gathering place since 2017. Come sit with us.

Four wraps. One very difficult decision!
Pick your side: Chicken Halloumi, Falafel Grilled Veg, Prawn Avo Brie, or Salmon Avo Mozzarella - each one freshly made, generously filled, and available on a wrap, brown bread, ciabatta or gluten-free bread if you'd rather. We've watched plenty of regulars stand at the counter genuinely torn, and honestly, we understand.
Pop in and work your way through all four. We won't judge the order. 🌿

You've just come out of the Aquatics Centre or finished a run along the River Lea. Your body's asking for something good. Our green juices hit different when you've earned them — Detox, Silky Green, Cleanse — all pressed fresh. Or go for an açaí bowl, a protein-loaded smoothie, a shot of ginger to wake you up properly. Nourish yourself the way you deserve.
Steps away on Aquatics Walk, or swing by Victory Parade.

Saturday. No rush. The kind of day that makes you want to linger over a coffee and watch the world move slowly past the windows. We've got window seats with views of the park, and the kind of unhurried energy that reminds you why weekends exist. Bring someone you like. Stay a while.
Find us at East Village or East Bank.

Wednesday lunch shouldn't be an afterthought!
Step away from the desk and let us do the cooking. There's chicken stew simmering away, fresh wraps made as you order, and a proper vegan stew with black rice if that's your thing. Eat in beside the River Lea or take it back to work - your lunch break deserves better than a meal deal. 🌿
Pop in at East Village or East Bank.
