With the final few birds of the season available on our menu before they retire to preen their feathers for another year, we’re taking one last look at our beautiful Scottish Grouse before it’s gone.
Served with Scottish girolles, sweetcorn salsa and our famous Game Chips, then finished with sweet, nutty hazelnuts and tart pickled cherries, we can’t think of a better way to bid farewell to our favourite game bird than with one last last flight before they fly off for another year.
