One option is to take the Northern or Bakerloo line to Embankment station then walk for around 5-7 minutes to reach The Circle. Alternatively, there are several buses that stop nearby such as the 9, 15, and 23.
For those driving, there are several parking facilities in the area including Q-Park Trafalgar located just across The Circle. However, parking in central London can be quite expensive so it's recommended to check prices beforehand or consider using public transport instead.
