A cocktail with a few things to say.
The Peru combines Bowmore 12 Year Old Wh**ky with our Cacao & Algarrobina blend and espresso coffee liqueur, bringing smoky wh**ky, rich cacao and coffee together in one rather distinctive serve.
And then there’s the Parmesan garnish. You’ll have to try it to understand.

Meet Andrii, Senior Bartender at The Churchill Bar & Terrace.
Originally from Ukraine, Andrii has been working in hospitality for over five years and has been part of the team here for more than two.

Meet Kostas, one of our bartenders.
Originally from Thessaloniki, Kostas started his hospitality journey in 2014. London’s bar scene inspired him to join the industry, and he now enjoys welcoming guests from around the world and sharing a drink with them.
His go-to is a Rob Roy, thanks to his love of smoky Scotch wh**ky, while his favourite from our menu is the Peru. For Kostas, hospitality means welcoming someone as if they were in his own home.
When he’s not behind the bar, Kostas spends his days off visiting bars and restaurants or studying for his law degree.
