Following last night’s incident outside the venue, we want to reassure everybody that The Duke is OPEN AS USUAL ❤️
The individuals involved are not associated with the pub and had been refused entry prior to the damage caused outside.
We are continuing to work with the relevant authorities regarding ongoing issues in the area and, as always, the safety of our staff, customers and community remains our priority.
With summer here, the garden open and a huge run of events coming up, we remain focused on creating a safe, welcoming and good-vibes-only environment for everybody who visits us.

If you are travelling to Wood Street in London via public transport, the nearest tube station is Walthamstow Central which is served by both the Victoria Line and Overground services. From here, you can take a bus or walk (approx 20-25 minutes) to your destination. Alternatively, there are several bus routes that stop at or near Wood Street, including routes 212, W16, and W19.
If you are planning to drive to Wood Street in London, there are several car parks nearby such as Hale End Library Car Park and the garage on Prospect Hill but do note that parking is very limited. It may be advisable to use public transports if possible.
