Seemingly Biff’s?! 😲
Did we just spot Taylor eating a piece of Biff’s wings with ketchup and seemingly ranch?
We have contacted her team for comment, but with Tay Tay touching down in Liverpool tonight - we reckon there’s more Biff’s on the horizon.
Stay tuned Swifties xx

We spent today listening to Taylor 6x on repeat rather than making a Reel, so please enjoy this old fashioned photo of an incredibly delicious double-stacked spicy avo burger to welcome in the weekend x

IT’S O-FISH-ALLY… 🐠 And yes, it might be too early to be eyeing up BBQs, bikinis and a trip to the seaside, but it ain’t too early to start adding some BIG FRESH FLAVAS to your weekend plate.
Enter the Fillet o Biff’s:
A nori wrapped Crispy Jackfruit Burger Cutlet, topped with a mushy pea fritter 🫛 and slathered in homemade tartare sauce, plenty of dill and lemon 🍋 and maybe a dollop of curry sauce if you’re feeling nasty 😉
It’s zingy, it’s creamy and it’s got all the vibes of the being attacked by your 44th Seagull of the day on Brighton Beach 🙅🙅🙅
Drop a 🐠 in the comments if you want the full recipe - including the secret of how we made our burger buns blue (using all natural ingredients ofc) 👇

PRO TIP: Why walk to shop to buy bread when you could just open the freezer and have two Succulent Jackfruit Cutlets and coddling the condiments in your Sunday bacon bap in less than 12 minutes?

🤔 Why are sandwiches for lunch and burgers for dinner?
🤔 And, like, what about if the sandwich is hot and the burger’s cold?
🤔 Is this yet another example of Big Bread trying to control us?
🤔 And shall we all break free from these tried old conventions and have a big old bacon and jackfruit sarnies for dinner?

AND PAM’S RIGHT 😏
That green thing there? That’s the humble jackfruit. 🍈
It makes up over 50% of our plant based chicken and does an unreal job of creating the unique texture and wtf-this-isn’t-meat vibes of our wings and burgers – and it’s a super-sustainable so-called ‘miracle crop’ to boot.
But why has Corporate given Pam top marks? 🤔
Because unlike a lot of more science-y meat alternatives with long names and patent pending extracting process thingys, with Biff’s what you see is what you get 👀
We make our burger cutlet and wings close to our jackfruit source, and apply only minimal processing to shred, cook and shape it by hand – before adding herbs, spices and crispy panko breadcrumbs.
All this means that when you’re smashing through a plate of wings or a next level jackfruit cutlet katsu, you’re still getting all the naturally naughty benefits of our fruity relatives.
Just… a bit more chicken-y 🍗
That’d pass any test, we reckon ✌️
