Prior to closing permanently in June 2023, the business advertised a clearance sale where customers could purchase various items such as plates, cups, cutlery, tables, and chairs. Despite its closure, Luca's Kitchen and Bakery will be remembered fondly by its loyal customer base.

It is now happening!! Giving the key back to the landlord isn’t the easiest thing we have done in these 6 years we have spent in 35 north cross road. We shall miss being part of this community but at the same time we can’t wait to start our new lives. To all those people have made this avventure possible thank you so much!!

We are at the end of this amazing journey that have seen us through brexit, a global pandemic, a war, an economical crisis that has impacted us all and the now so common lack of reliable, professional staff.

We are very proud of what we have created but as our lease has come to an end we have decided to get our lives back and start a new chapter.

What has kept us going working 7 days a week 12hours a day has been the amazing support and appreciation we have received from our customers.
We love homemade food and been able to share it with so many people it has been amazing. We always loved cooking for family and friends and we felt we did just that but in a larger scale.

We would love to thank all those have made Luca’s such a great success, we never expected that to happen. We loved seeing the same faces keep on coming back even just to say hi and have a little chat.

So much has happened we have seen young couples becoming a family their babies becoming small kids, customers moving away, some sadly are no longer with us.

A café is not just somewhere were to get a fry up or a coffee but it is a place where a community find a space to express and develop.

A piece of us is and will always remain at 35 north cross road.

Hello there,
As many of you already know we are closing down for good this week. We have doing a massive clear out sale which includes:
Churchill and steelite plates, cups , teapots, cutlery, food containers, spatulas, glasses, tables and chairs and so on..
we will be at the shop from 8am to 3pm till Sunday the 11th of June come and say goodbye!!🥹

What a year!! Might be time for a little announcement. Many of you might know already this was our last Christmas and last new year.. after nearly six years we will be say goodbye for the last time in June 2023 to this lovely community. We will make the most of this last few months left and we will definitely look forward to our new lives after that. We wish to all our customers an happy new year!! #2022 #2023
