A little bit of self indulgence. The first picture is a group of people we call ‘Los Cincos’ Our annual night out for the people who’ve been with The BC for 5 years or more. Most of them 10 years. They make my life and my work a pleasure and I’m lucky to have worked with this group of people for what is a collective 200+ years! The second is a man they call who today releases his new single on Spotify Do U Lover Boy. Alex has been with The BC for more than 10 years - I’ve watched him grow up in this business and become an outstanding young man. I’ve also watched how hard he’s worked at his music, pulling long shifts in our cafs and heading home to keep the dream alive. Never give up on the dream. Do U Loverboy is cracking piece of music. From January 2nd, our Soho Berwick St caf is going completely, not a pork sausage in sight, fully VEGGIE & VEGAN for Veganuary. Plating up all your go-to veggie & vegan favourites plus brand new V & VE friendly versions of classic BC dishes. All using fantastic vegan sausages, bacon, burgers & chorizo (this one we make ourselves 🧑🍳 ) from two new magnificent, award-winning vegan partners, .uk & 🔥
