It was a busy day for ‘Leave it to us’ on Friday with an ‘end of term’ finger buffet for 150 and a knife & fork buffet for 55 with canapés, not to mention our regular hot lunch for 30 with chicken & bacon and vegan Mac & greens going to the Moo print office. All delivered within 2 hours of each other. 😳😳

Crazy Summer weekend at Leave it to us including an Ascot day with bacon & sausage rolls for breakfast and a man style buffet for lunch, a wake, a golden wedding canapé style buffet, a wedding with sharing platters, cod wrapped in Palma ham, roast chicken with stuffing, roast beef with home made Yorkshire puddings, pork loin steaks with caramelised apples and creme fraiche, roasted new potatoes and salads followed by home-made apple pies and fresh raspberry pavlovas, and a buffet that didn’t go!! A first for ‘leave it to us’ thank goodness. Beaten by costcos 😳😳😳😳😳
