If travelling by public transport, the closest tube station to Harvey Nichols Food Hall is Knightsbridge station (Piccadilly line). Alternatively, Sloane Square station (District and Circle lines) is also nearby. From either station, it's a short walk to the food hall.
For those driving, there are some pay and display parking options available around the area. However, it may be easier to use one of the nearby car parks such as the NCP car park on Pavilion Road or Q-Park on Knightsbridge.
