IT’S HALLOWEEN SEASON! 🎃 You know we love Halloween here at the Stag & Lantern!
Our legendary annual shindig and costume competition is on Saturday 1st November from 7pm. Dig out those fangs, wigs and fake blood and come on down! Prizes to be won for best costumes, most creative costumes and of course, the coveted ‘Solid Effort’ prize! See you then monsters!

Ladies and Gents! Can you believe it’s our 5th Birthday?! 5 years of providing Highams Park with excellent craft beers and ciders. Well we are ready to PARTY!
We invite you all to join us for our Birthday party this Saturday 19th July. We will have 5 cask ales on and select draught beers for £5 all day!
Then at 7pm… a secret gig from a renowned local artist. It’s gonna be a fun one, can’t wait to see you all there!

Hi all! The pub will be closed on Wednesday 7th May, back open Tuesday 13th May. To help ease the pain (and not waste any glorious beer) we will be selling all cask ale for £2 a pint tomorrow (Tuesday 6th May)! Once it's gone,it's gone!

Monday 23rd December : Open 4pm-10pm.
Tuesday 24th December : Open 2pm-7pm.
CHRISTMAS DAY : OPEN 11.30am-2pm.
Closed from December 26th until 3rd January when we reopen 4pm-10pm. Then from 4th January back to normal hours! 🎄🎄🎄🎄

Starting TODAY!!! You asked for it…and we are providing! We will now be open on Tuesdays 4-10pm. An extra day of the week to enjoy delicious craft beers, ciders or wines! We are trialling this in the run up to Christmas so come on down for a pint!

It’s approaching that special time of year again folks! The Stag & Lantern will be hosting our famous annual Halloween Party Saturday 26th October from 7.30pm! There will be the traditional costume competition with the coveted first, second and ‘solid effort’ (a bit basic but hilarious) places to be won! Competition is stiff, so dig out those wigs, face paints, hats and capes! This year and most importantly, we are hosting a Halloween Charity Raffle with all proceeds going to Tickets are £1 each and will be on sale behind the bar from weds 23rd October until the grand draw at 9pm on the night of our bash! Buy as many as you can, it’s a fantastic cause! The prizes range from delicious treats, local business vouchers and spooky gifts along with of course - some excellent beers! See you there you gorgeous monsters! 🎃👻🕷️

You are invited to HPPG's Arts and Culture group social event on Tuesday 1st October in The Stag & Lantern, 10-11 The Broadway from 7.00 pm onwards.

This is meant to be a fun social evening where you can chat to like minded people and swap ideas for arts activities and events in Highams Park, including your ideas for the Highams Park Arts Trail in Spring 2025.
