To get to Wardour Street in London by public transport, you can take the Tube to Piccadilly Circus or Leicester Square and then walk for about 5-10 minutes southbound. Alternatively, you could take a bus that stops nearby, such as routes 14, 19, or 38.
If you're driving to Wardour Street, keep in mind that it's located in Central London and parking can be limited.
