We are so excited to have our friends Katie and David back in the neighbourhood with their wonderful new Pilates Studio and to celebrate we’re hosting a lunchtime event on the 9th of June that brings two of our favourite things together: movement and food!
A class at their Pilates studio in Ladbroke Grove, followed by a cooking class at our kitchen where we will prepare a delicious menu of dishes:
The menu:
— Monkfish in a Saffron and Asparagus Sauce
— Chicken and Caper Scallopine
— Venere Black Rice with a Caramelised Onion Soffritto
— Shaved Cauliflower, Dill, Chive and Lemon Ricotta Salad
- Shaved Fennel, Blood Orange and Olive Salad
— Hazelnut and Chocolate Biscotti
The plan:
10:00 - 10:50am /SCULPT class at Silo
10:55am - 11:15am walk to the Enrica Rocca kitchen
11:15am - 12:15pm - cooking together
12:15pm - 1pm - Sit together and eat

What makes this Notting Hill course so unique is that before the cooking it’s the shopping. We will first meet at Portobello Road market spending an hour shopping for some wonderful produce at the likes of and the before stopping by for a wine tasting and then heading to our kitchen for a wonderful afternoon of cooking, eating and drinking! TASTE OF MEXICO COOKERY CLASS
Step into the vibrant world of Mexican cuisine in this 3.5 hour hands-on cooking workshop, where we’ll explore fresh, bold flavors through dishes like citrus-cured fish ceviche, enchiladas in salsa verde, and slow-cooked adobo chicken, alongside homemade corn tortillas, and a sweet Caramel flan to finish.
