It's Summer Lates this Saturday π
Come find us at Artillery Square. We'll have cookies, basque cheesecake (vanilla and chocolate this time!), brownies (regular and with cornflakes on top, because why not), a limited run of cake pops with sprinkles and mini chocolate chip cookies πͺπ€
Lots of other great stalls too. Come for the cake, stay for the people.

This cake is from last year and I am only just posting it now. Unacceptable, I know!
But today is her birthday again, so it feels like the right moment to finally give this chocolate Disney princesses cake the space on the grid it deserves πππ€
Happy birthday to my little brutally-honest critic π€

We're back this Saturday 27th June at The Royal Arsenal Producers Market πΆππ»
It's a Pride π³οΈβπ weekend market, running a little longer, with good music and good energy promised.
The temperature's dropping a bit too πͺ so a perfect excuse to come out and enjoy it properly βΊοΈ
Still warm out? Grab a cookie π«πͺ and pair it with some ice cream π¨
Or take a slice of basque cheesecake home, pop it in the fridge, and enjoy it cold as an end-of-day treat.

Good produce deserves to be remembered, even if it's a little late to the grid π₯
These are Haden mangoes from Venezuela, already from a couple of weeks ago, but I had to share them anyway.
Full of colour, full of flavour, and honestly one of the best mangoes out there in my opinion. The kind of find that makes a whole market trip worth it.
Thank you for stocking them ππ€

Trying this trend because honestly the cheesecake deserved it π€
This photo was from its debut at β¦ where it sold out before we could properly process it.
If you missed it, good news! It lives at every week from Fridays. No occasion needed, just stop by.
And if you want the full experience, come find us at the market on Sat 23rd May; this time with a guava sauce that we're quietly very excited about ππ€

I really love the cakes that are not over the top, but just simple nods to what it's being celebrated.
Because the showstopper should be the person, the moment, the accomplishment. The cake is just there to be a sweet sidekick. Perfect balance and complement

What people say
Pixel and chocolate is a dessert shop and restaurant in London that offers baked goods delivered right to your doorstep. Their cakes are not only fun-looking but also delicious, as evidenced by their Victoria sponge cake with homemade strawberry jam. The sponge was super fluffy, and the jam complemented it perfectly, making it shine even more. They also offer baby cakes in different shapes without refined sugar, making them a healthier option for both kids and adults. Their SofΓa cake is still one of their most requested cakes, and for good reason - it's fudgy, chocolaty, soft, and melts in your mouth with a subtle crunch from the whipped egg whites. Pixel and chocolate uses ganache for their cakes lately, which is easy to pipe with and less sweet than buttercream but just as elegant. They are always looking to improve their offerings and recently asked for feedback on using white chocolate ganache. Overall, Pixel and chocolate is a must-try for anyone looking for delicious baked goods in London.
