will be bringing a jam packed menu taking loose influence from Chicano Culture 🇲🇽 While we will be churning out some sun soaked spicy margs in preparation for the bank holiday weekend ☀️

The café's dedication to sourcing high-quality beans doesn't stop there; they also visited Finca La Cortina de Hierro with Don Leonid in his 4.2-hectare farm on 1950 masl. He cultivates Gesha, Bourbon and Tabi varieties using his own innovative fermentation protocols.
In addition to their exceptional coffee offerings, Catalyst Coffee Roasters & Café also knows how to throw a great party! Their recent x-party was a hit with everyone who attended. For those who missed out on the fun, they can still order the special burger at any Coqfighter shop for the rest of May.
