They recently posted on social media about their visit to Finca Jardines del Eden, Quindio, where they source their beans. The farm cultivates varieties such as Red Geisha, Papayo, Sidra, SL28, yellow sudan, Laurina, castillo and is committed to cultivating competition lots and exotic varieties.
They also visited Finca La Esmeralda with Cesar Buesaquillo, a fourth-generation coffee farmer who grows pink bourbon, castillo, yellow geisha and bourbon chiroso coffee varieties. These unique beans will soon be available at Catalyst Coffee Roasters & Café for customers to try.
The café's dedication to sourcing high-quality beans doesn't stop there; they also visited Finca La Cortina de Hierro with Don Leonid in his 4.2-hectare farm on 1950 masl. He cultivates Gesha, Bourbon and Tabi varieties using his own innovative fermentation protocols.
In addition to their exceptional coffee offerings, Catalyst Coffee Roasters & Café also knows how to throw a great party! Their recent x-party was a hit with everyone who attended. For those who missed out on the fun, they can still order the special burger at any Coqfighter shop for the rest of May.
