Today we say goodbye to our lovely Louisa, who has been such a big part of The Coy Carp family for over two years. ❤️
We’ve had the privilege of watching Louisa grow, flourish, and transform into such an incredible young woman — both personally and professionally. Seeing her confidence, strength, and personality shine more and more over the years has been something truly special, and we honestly couldn’t be prouder of her.
Louisa has been so much more than just a colleague; she’s been part of the family. That’s why this goodbye feels emotional — like watching a family member grow up and start a new chapter.
Thank you for all the hard work, the laughs, the memories, and for being such an important part of our team. The pub won’t be the same without you, and you will be deeply missed by all of us.
