A new favourite on our lunch menu: mafaldine with wild garlic & basil pesto and stracciatella.
Long, ribboned and with just the right chew, mafaldine is made for sauces like this — it catches everything. We toss it through a punchy bright, green wild garlic and basil pesto, then finish with creamy stracciatella and a good glug of ’s olive oil.
A proper spring pick‑me‑up.

Easter is fast approaching and to mark the occasion (and briefly pause the chocolate eating), we’ll be serving a springtime fixture from Rome’s tables: Abbacchio alla Romana.
Delicately flavoured Roman-style lamb, roasted until meltingly tender and served in generous slices with crispy potato fritti and caramelised fennel. All finished with plenty of salty, herby pan juices to spoon over the top.
Enjoy it alongside our other Easter specials: a bright spring risotto to start and a classic semifreddo to finish - available from 3rd – 5th April.

Lasagne verde - one of our favourite dishes of the Emilia-Romagna region - is making its way to our menu this Mother’s Day weekend.
Traditionally featuring spinach-infused green pasta sheets, Angela’s twist on the dish is all in the ragù, where she uses a mixture of veal and beef and a touch of pork, no tin tomatoes just tomato purée like her nonna taught her.
Creamy béchamel sauce is topped on every layer, along with plenty of Parmesan cheese.
It’s available for lunch and dinner Friday 13th - Sunday 15th March.
Perfect for sharing (or not).
