Homemade soup of the day: traditional French Onion with grated mature cheddar & freshly baked bread (v)
Bel Fin–Craigellachie Smoked Salmon tower filled with a Smoked Mackerel mousse with horseradish & dill crème fraiche, grapefruit segments & Melba toast
Toasted Goat cheese & beetroot salad, Pesto, onion marmalade (v)
Farmhouse Terrine (chicken liver, pork, chicken, ham & fresh herbs) wrapped in Serrano Ham with Cranberry sauce, Melba toast
Seabass fillet with Smoked Salmon or Chorizo & Pea Risotto with Grana Padano, roast vine tomatoes & micro leaves
Pan roast Blackgate Farm fillet steak, wild mushroom & cognac cream
Pan roast Gressingham duck breast with wild mushroom & cognac cream or Orange & Apricot sauce

Baked Alaska – chocolate liquor soaked sponge topped with raspberry jam, ice cream and encased in meringue then baked and served fresh from the oven
