To get to the coffee shop located at Victoria Central Station, you can take the Tube and get off at Victoria Underground Station. From there, follow signs for Victoria Station and head towards the exit for Buckingham Palace Road. Once outside, turn left and walk along Buckingham Palace Road until you reach the entrance of Victoria Station. Alternatively, if you are driving, there is a multi-storey car park located on Wilton Road which is just a short walk away from the station entrance.
