To celebrate Black History Month, we came together to honour the rich heritage, vibrant culture and incredible culinary traditions of the Caribbean through a delicious feast full of flavour, colour and warmth! 🌍❤️💛💚 Our menu brought the taste of the islands to life, featuring succulent jerk chicken with mushroom gravy, refreshing pineapple salsa and spiced potato wedges, alongside a hearty Caribbean sweet potato and bean stew. We also enjoyed slow-cooked chilli served with traditional rice and peas, and a comforting coconut and pumpkin soup. Every dish celebrated the diversity, creativity and cultural significance of Caribbean cuisine, reminding us how food brings people together, shares stories across generations and provides a wonderful opportunity to learn, appreciate and celebrate Black history and culture. A truly delicious celebration of heritage, community and togetherness!

Our Taco Day proved so popular that we just had to bring the Mexican fiesta back for another delicious feast! 🌮🎉 This time, we served up mouth-watering pulled chicken tacos, infused with smoky paprika and warming cumin, alongside a hearty, flavour-packed chilli con carne. The spread was complete with an array of colourful Mexican sides, including sweetcorn, creamy guacamole and plenty of tasty toppings to build the perfect taco. With bold flavours, fresh ingredients and plenty of choice, it was another fiesta of flavour that had everyone coming back for more! 🇲🇽🌶️

🌮 **Taco-bout an incredible lunch!** 🌮
Yesterday, we celebrated National Taco Day onsite with a mouth-watering Mexican-inspired feast! Our pulled chicken was packed with flavour, perfectly spiced with smoky paprika, earthy cumin and fragrant oregano. Served alongside spicy Mexican rice and delicious corn on the cob, it was a vibrant, flavour-filled spread that brought a little fiesta to our day! 🎉🌽 A huge thank you to everyone who helped make it such a tasty celebration — good food, great flavours and even better company! 🌮🔥

It was a great chance to hear directly from our customers — finding out what they loved, what they’d change, and which dishes they’d like to see make it onto the final menu. Some cakes are made with skill, but the most special ones are made with love. Last week, our chef Ravish had the incredible honour of creating his son’s wedding cake—a truly personal and unforgettable creation for such a special family celebration. From the first touch of the whisk to the final finishing detail, every part of the cake was made with pride, passion and a father’s love. It was more than just a wedding cake; it was a beautiful labour of love and a very special moment for Ravish and his family. ❤️🎂
