OKRA STEW

Ok so this might just be the first time I have said this butttt... I preferred this vegan version to the meat version I made yesterday. It was a toss up between the two really but this one edged it ever so slightly. The big juicy grilled mushrooms, charred aubergine and red pepper were just as comforting as meat (actually a little more) 😋.

So if meat is not your jazz but you still want to enjoy the Nigerian inspired flavours of Okra Stew - I would definitely recommend this. I'm biased of course ha but feel free to try and see for yourself...😉
