Founded in 2015 by San Mahanta, Thenga Cafe emphasizes relaxation and community over desk lunches, aligned with its location within YMCA's London yoga and pilates center. The head chef Nippa combines her Bengali heritage with subtle Mediterranean elements from her time living in Italy to create unique vegetarian and vegan dishes for guests to enjoy.
