Not so much a but just a reminder to myself that 2021 had some amazing moments.
Watching get married was definitely one of the highlights, and having the opportunity to create this wedding cake for her and her hubby, .
Looking forward to the many weddings in 2022 and all the adventures this year has to offer.

Wow.... every once in a while you look back.
That really is okay. Sometimes it's okay to look back and remember.
This day was the 21st September 2019 and I remember feeling so tired that day. This was my 1st of 2 wedding cake deliveries that day.
I was so excited for this tropical themed wedding cake but in all the hustle and bustle I didn't really get to enjoy what I had created.
Now in this time of lockdown I think back on how blessed I truly was to have been part of so many wonderful weddings last year.
I also think of all those couples who have had to move their wedding dates in this season. I know when the new date comes you'll all have an amazing day and I hope with an amazing cake.
Let's be grateful for all we have now. Let's not look back on this time and realise we missed all the wonderful things happening in the midst of the chaos.

Honestly, my love for the simple knows no end. Sometimes.. almost always.. less is more.

Directions by public transport: Take the tube to King's Cross station and transfer to the Northern Line heading towards Morden. Get off at Clapham North Station and exit via the High Street entrance. Walk straight on Clapham High Street until you reach the junction with Edgeley Road. Turn right onto Edgeley Road and walk for about five minutes until you see a bakery on your left.
Directions by driving/parking: Head south on A23 towards Brixton, turn left onto Ferndale Rd, continue straight onto Landor Rd, turn left onto Clapham Rd/A3, take a right onto B223 Edgeley Rd, and finally turn right onto Taunton St.The bakery will be on your right-hand side. There is usually street parking available nearby but it may be limited during peak times.
