Last week, we had the pleasure of catering the Violet & Algae Gala for Evelina London Children’s Hospital at V&A South Kensington.
With incredible performances from Escala and The Royal Ballet, alongside a three-course dinner created by our team, it was an unforgettable evening.

Behind the scenes at Guildhall.
Our first time working in this iconic space — and we went big.
210 guests, a full day conference, and a three-course dinner to close it all.
From Sussex courgettes to honey panna cotta, every plate celebrated seasonal produce and thoughtful cooking.
A snapshot of the menu:
Courgette & Coastal Cheddar tart, glazed beef short rib, Lion’s Mane steak, and a strawberry & tonka pavlova to finish.
Long hours, precise timing, and a brilliant team made it all happen.

We have been dreaming of working at this incredible venue for years and are thrilled to announce that we are now on the accredited list of caterers at the stunning Royal Hospital Chelsea. A venue steeped in tradition and history, with amazing river views and the most sublime spaces for events. We also love that by hosting an event here, our clients are directly contributing to the care and camaraderie of the Chelsea Pensioners, what an honour! We can’t wait for our partnership to begin; we are particularly delighted to be working alongside their super warm and friendly events team.

✨Wedding Diaries ✨
Back in February, we celebrated the wedding of Danielle & Sam at the Old Sessions House — a day planned to perfection by the wonderful .
Guests enjoyed a beautiful wedding breakfast before being led into the Cope & Brown Bar — a striking red velvet room complete with cascading drapes, candlelight, and romantic red roses.
Dessert canapés, champagne, and an atmosphere that felt straight out of a dream… every detail carefully considered to create an unforgettable evening.
It’s moments like these that remind us why we love what we do.

Is there anything better than a new exhibition opening? ✨
Working at the Serpentine recently for both the North and South Gallery openings has been a truly magical experience.
Collaborating with the team to create the perfect launch for their new exhibitions — featuring David Hockney and Cecily Brown — was such a highlight. Each evening felt just as beautiful and inspiring as the artworks themselves.
We can’t wait to be back again soon.
While they’re known for their incredible exhibitions, both spaces also make the perfect setting for a corporate dinner or a stylish standing reception.

Behind the scenes: a three-course dinner for 600 ✨
We were so excited to be part of the Roundhouse Rise Up 20 Gala this year, supporting an incredible cause and helping raise vital funds for their charity.
From a buzzing canapé reception (and plenty of our signature teeny weenies) to a full three-course dinner, it was a night to remember.
600 guests, countless plates, incredible music and one amazing team bringing it all together seamlessly behind the scenes.

St Stephen Walbrook is a stunning historical gem surrounded by modern buildings and businesses in the heart of The City. Like a mini–St Paul’s Cathedral with its awesome dome, it provides the most beautiful setting for private parties and corporate receptions. We adore working with the team at this very special venue and we were delighted to collaborate on a gorgeous Italian-style showcase together last September.

Last week we had the absolute pleasure of catering the Aardman Private View at the Young V&A — and what a night it was 🧀✨
Inspired by the wonderful world of Wallace & Gromit, we created a themed menu full of playful nods (yes, there was plenty of cheese!) that brought a touch of nostalgia to every bite. It was a true celebration of childhood creativity — storytelling, imagination, and those characters we all grew up loving.
