Introducing a new series from our kitchen, exploring the ingredients, preparation and attention to detail behind every plate.
We begin with our grilled lamb cutlets, served with a silky aubergine purée, seasonal vegetables and a rich red w**e jus. The tender lamb is complemented by the delicate flavour and smooth texture of the aubergine, while the vegetables bring freshness and the jus provides a deep, savoury finish.
Every dish is cooked fresh daily, using only the finest ingredients, thoughtfully prepared to showcase modern Greek dining.
