Francesco Mazzei shares one of his signature dishes, Fileja e Spuntature, made without eggs, in the traditional Southern Italian way. Rustic and joyful, this handmade pasta takes him back to Sundays in Calabria, where his mother would make it with love.
He’s incredibly proud to bring this dish to the menu at Mezzogiorno, sharing a true taste of home and tradition with everyone who comes through the door.
