The return of King Rojas! Back by popular demand, this stunning Chiroso has been a crowd favourite for a while and after many requests for its reintroduction, here it is.
A beautifully balanced number, but with a natural, delicious Guava hit that, while present, isn’t overpowering or artificial as can be the way with some modern coffees.

THE VAULT represents the advanced section of our drinks menu where we showcase archived LONG & SHORT coffees alongside the best coffees we can find from roasters across the globe.
The coffees are vacuum packed, blast chilled, and then added to our freezers to be stored at -24c. When they’re gone, they’re gone.
Coffees past and present include Eugenioides, Panama Geishas, Gesha Village, Aji, Ombligon, Wush Wush, Sudan Rume, Laurina and even the occasional co-fermentation just for representation.

There are amazing machines that can now steam milk but they will never quite have the finesse of a drink textured carefully by hand.
Although we are very focused around black coffee, your white coffees will always be a key part of the family.

Yes, it’s true — we’ve been keeping it under wraps for a while but the L&S x ST JOHN BAKERY pop up starts from this Saturday, 15 March.
Expect the usual viennoiserie items alongside some of the St John classics like Eccles cakes, doughnuts, and lots more on a daily rotational basis.
Every day will have a different selection, whilst stocks last — each line will be extremely limited due to our space constraints.

With their bright yellow cones, these G3s are both a relic and a recognisable fixture in our shop — they have a bad rep in studios because of their naturally forward sound, however, did you know that ours are room corrected using a calibrated mic, REW and parametric EQ?
