Good morning! This mornings breakfast… it’s one of my favourites ☺️
The textures from the crunch of the toast and creaminess of the avocado with flavour bombs from garlic, fresh herbs, chilli and lemon are a joy!
So this is toasted sourdough, rubbed with fresh garlic, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and topped with winter tomatoes, anchovies, avocado, fresh chillies and fresh herbs… I love dill, coriander, parsley & chives. A little sprinkle of pink salt & lemon juice - I’ve gone crazy and added a little lemon zest - wonderful pops of flavour!
A new addition for me are the Kalamata olives. I really fancy the olives this morning, whereas usually I would give them a miss. I am pretty sure this means my body is craving the healthy fats inside them!
It’s bliss to have breakfast in the garden, in the morning sunshine listening to the birds singing 🧡

Good morning! We have some very exciting news to share next week!
And yes, this spectacular Organic Red Lentil Dhal with Spinach and Coconut will be involved 😋
All the recipe testing has been done and this is one of the final dishes!
Oops 🙈 I forgot to take a photo so I’ve half eaten it, it was so good I couldn’t wait 😂 I’m having it with a fried egg for my breakfast! Have a lovely day 💛

On Thursday last week, we achieved something quite incredible. We launched our range of meals and soups into all stores of And don’t they look beautiful!
I first fell in love with Planet O when I studied at Institute for Optimum Nutrition (qualifying in 2013), I couldn’t believe such an incredible store existed! It was as pioneering back then as it still is today.
I would never have dreamt back in 2013, as I wandered around their stores gathering up wonderful goodies to take home, that I would even start a health and well-being food business, using all my newly gained knowledge, let alone launch my products into Planet Organic.
I am so proud. It’s something so good! It’s so good that there are stores / companies that want to do good. They exist to do good. Companies that really want to look after people and our planet and share their knowledge. It’s so heartening. Companies like Planet Organic are a force for good. We need to hold on tight to companies like these.
Everyone at Planet Organic has made us feel so welcome, they are genuinely so excited to stock our products, this too shows the amazing culture at PO. Thank you Tali Lawrence, you have been outstanding in your support and encouragement.
I’m also so grateful for the incredible hard work of my team - every single person who is part of Après - Food for Body & Mind contributes to our success, no one person is more important than another. It takes a village, as they say. Never has a truer phrase been uttered.
Thank you to everyone who supports and looks after me too.
