When your inspiration is the sea, no two cakes ever need to look the same.
We will never tire of creating seascape-themed cakes.
Let's face it, the sea is constantly changing. One day it's calm and serene, the next it's wild and dramatic. The colours, movement, waves and coastline provide endless inspiration, and that means endless possibilities for cake design too.
We particularly love the deliberately rough application of buttercream on this design. Layered with those gorgeous blue hues, it creates movement and texture that feels almost like waves crashing against the shore.
Sometimes perfection isn't about perfectly smooth buttercream. Sometimes it's the texture and imperfections that bring a design to life.
And living by the coast certainly means we're never short of inspiration!

From “Can you help?” to cupcakes ready in just TWO HOURS!
When no one else locally could help with a last-minute cupcake request, we stepped in and made it happen.
A two-hour turnaround, a very relieved customer and some lovely feedback afterwards.
Sometimes running a small business means pulling out all the stops when someone really needs you—and we're always grateful when customers take the time to recognise it.

Goodbye 20s… hello 30s, with absolutely NO filter!
We absolutely loved this client's rather cheeky way of welcoming a brand-new decade!
It might not be to everyone's taste, the message, that is, definitely not the cupcakes because they were delicious!
But there's something brilliant about approaching a milestone birthday with a little tongue-in-cheek humour.
Turning 30 doesn't have to mean suddenly becoming sensible, serious or having everything figured out. Sometimes the best attitude is to laugh, embrace the next chapter and celebrate getting older exactly your way.
Here's to entering your 30s with great cake, a sense of humour and absolutely zero apologies!

Sometimes the simplest comments mean the most.
After sharing the floral-themed cake pops I created for a recent wedding, I received one of those lovely little comments that instantly makes you smile.
It doesn't always take a long review or lots of words to make a small business owner feel appreciated. Sometimes, a few genuine words are enough to remind you that all those hours spent creating tiny flowers, adding delicate details and making sure everything is just right were worth it.
These cake pops were designed to complement the beautiful florals from the wedding day, and I loved bringing that inspiration into something completely edible.
Never underestimate the power of a kind comment, you might just make someone's day.
