The daily making of flatbread.

Every day in our kitchen we make fresh flatbread, baking it straight on the charcoal grill until it’s warm, soft and lightly charred.

Perfect for scooping, dipping and sharing alongside our tapas — try it with beetroot borani with feta, dill & walnuts, or our house-made labneh.

Join us to experience the Gran Fiesta de la Calçotada in all its glory this February; smoky grills, perfectly charred calçots, romesco-drenched hands, and the kind of joy that only comes from eating with a bib on.

Bringing the spirit of the festival back with us, Calçotada Sundays return from Sunday 1st Feb and run every Sunday throughout February. Enjoy a four-course Calçotada menu (£45pp), made for long Sunday vibes, plenty of wine and vermouth, and yes, your very own bib.

Calçots. Sauce. Smoke. Sundays, done properly.

Calçotada Sundays at Morito 🧡

This February we’re bringing back the Catalan tradition to Morito.

In Valls, Tarragona, the Calçotada reigns supreme. Each year, on the last Sunday of January, the town erupts into Calçotada: a joyous festival where bunches of sweet spring onions are freshly pulled from the earth, grilled over open flames until beautifully charred, then wrapped in newspaper to keep warm. The ritual is gloriously simple - peel with your hands, dunk generously into rich romesco sauce made with almonds and peppers, and savour every smoky, tangy bite.

At Morito Exmouth we’ve created special sitting times for Sunday vibes and a four course Calçotada menu (£45 per person), designed to be enjoyed with plenty of wine and vermouth, complete with your very own bib.

Sitting times: 1pm, 3pm, 5:30pm and 7:30pm

Bookings are now open. See the link in bio.

Come for the calcots, stay for the fiesta 🪅
