Gussy The Ice Cream Man is a baby goods/children's goods and ice cream parlor located in London. Gus Bodur aka Gussy was born in the Whitechapel area in 1963 and started working with his father on a Piccadilly Circus stall when he was a teenager. After his father passed away, Gus took over the family business in the form of an ice cream van. For over 35 years he has been an iconic figure in the community, known for his positive attitude and charitable nature. In 2008, Gussy and his wife Inez opened Victoria Park Cafe and created a series of illustrated children’s books stocked by leading bookstores. In 2020, their daughter Chloe bought her own ice cream van and now, along with her brother Olly, creates joy for North West Londoners as part of the third generation of Bodur's. Finally, in 2022 they opened their first Ice Cream Parlour at Brent Cross Town. Experience Gussy The Ice Cream Man's legendary hospitality at their store today!
