Part Two of our Chef Dinner Series 🍽🍷
Join us for the second instalment of our Chef Dinner Series as we celebrate Kulinarischen Sommer: Summer Dinner – an exclusive evening showcasing the very best of the summer season with Executive Head Chef Alex Thiel.
This one-night-only dining experience features a four-course menu paired with carefully selected wines, beginning with a welcome glass of Sekt Haus Klosterberg Brut by Markus Molitor. Throughout the evening, Chef Alex will personally introduce each course, sharing the inspiration behind the dishes and the flavours that define his summer menus at German Gymnasium. As with our first Chef Dinner, it's also a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and enjoy great conversation around the table – something guests particularly loved last time 🧡

Asparagus, asparagus, asparagus!
We invite you to join us at our dinner on Tuesday 19th May where each of the four dishes is paired with a selection of Austrian-German wines, and you begin with a welcome cocktail from with an asparagus twist, setting the tone 🍸
Gathered around one large table, it’s an evening designed for great conversation, shared dining, and perhaps even making a new friend along the way.
They don’t say it’s white gold for no reason. With very few seats available, we look forward to you joining us and Chef Alex!
