Yesterday, we had the privilege of being invited to visit Great Ormond Street Hospital for a special behind-the-scenes tour. We all left feeling incredibly inspired.
Seeing first-hand the outstanding dedication, compassion, and tireless work of the staff was both humbling and remarkable. It serves as a powerful reminder of how fortunate those of us with good health are, and why fundraising for GOSH is so important.
During the visit, we were also proud to present a cheque for £11,631.30, raised through last year’s event.
This year, for the 13th edition of our TV & Movie Icons-themed London Pantomime Horse Race in December, we’ve set an ambitious fundraising target of £13,000. With your support, we’re hoping to go well beyond that and raise even more for such an incredible and vital cause.
May the Horse be with you! 🐴✨

What people say
The Morden Arms is a traditional pub located in the charming Greenwich side street, just a stone's throw away from the Greenwich train station. The pub boasts of regular live music events that are free for all to enjoy. The lineup of musicians who perform at The Morden Arms is impressive, with both local and international artists gracing the stage.
One such artist is Nick Vulture, an Australian musician known for his gritty acoustic and honest songwriting. His first full-length album, 'Dust Off The Trail,' made it to both national and local charts in Australia and was critically acclaimed by numerous Australian and international reviews. Nick recently played 5 showcases at the Folk Alliance International Conference in Kansas City and is currently touring the UK. Dave Sutherland joined him for his show at The Morden Arms, making it an unforgettable experience for all those who attended.
Apart from live music events, The Morden Arms also hosts other exciting events like Matt and the Dirty Mess on Friday evenings, Siobhán Parr and Rick Batey on Saturday evenings, and The Oakland Brothers on Sundays.
The Magic City Trio recently performed at The Morden Arms and left a lasting impression on everyone present. They even gifted the pub with flowers as a token of appreciation for hosting them.
Overall, The Morden Arms is a must-visit pub in London if you're looking for great music, good food, and a cozy atmosphere.
