Moving with the seasons and inspired by cooking from the breadth of Italy, the WOLF menu is served in traditional Italian style, with bold antipasti flavours served alongside sumptuous primi and secondi plates.
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to help build and grow our small team.

The ideal candidate:
· Has previous experience in a venue of a similar calibre
· Eats out on a regular basis & has a keen interest in hospitality
· Can train, motivate & engage a diverse team, delivering consistent quality however busy they are
· Is keen to expand their back of house skills, whilst retaining a commitment to the floor
Main Duties:
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of all staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
· Maintains all steps of service and standards with each guest and employee they may come in contact with
· Builds relationships with guests to ensure future visits
· Oversee reservations, floor timing management, menus and seating charts
· Lead and inspire the staff to achieve, and ideally, exceed company goals
· Assist in the hiring, training, motivating, coaching of staff.
· Assist, lead and conduct effective and consistent training sessions and pre-shift sessions
· Resolve guest complaints, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
· Responds to guests’ requests in an accurate and timely manner, creating a positive outcome that will result in a memorable experience
· Ensure the neatness, cleanliness and order of the restaurant and equipment

Salary: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
