To get to Old Brompton Road in London, you can take the Piccadilly or District line on the London Underground and get off at Gloucester Road Station. From there, head northeast on Gloucester Road towards Cromwell Place, turn left onto Cromwell Road and then take a right onto Old Brompton Road. Alternatively, if you are driving, take the A4 road and turn onto Earls Court Road before taking a left onto Old Brompton Road. There is limited street parking available but there are also several pay-and-display car parks in the area.
