Because creating something new isn’t only about great flavours — it’s also about getting feedback from the people making the products every morning, and the team serving them to customers every day.
Texture, presentation, portion size, service flow, customer feedback… every detail matters before anything reaches the counter.

From there, take Bus No. 47 towards Shoreditch or Bus No. 188 towards Russell Square and get off at Tower Bridge Road Druid Street bus stop.
Walk down Druid Street for about 5 minutes until you reach your destination.
Option 2 - Driving/Parking:
From Central London, drive southeast on A201 towards Tower Bridge Road.
Turn left onto Tower Bridge Road and continue straight until you reach Tanner Street on your left.
Turn left onto Tanner Street and then turn right onto Druid Street.
The bakery and cafe is located on the right-hand side of the street.
Limited street parking is available in the area or there is a paid car park nearby called Q-Park Butler's Wharf.
