The restaurant was the result of an exciting collaboration between Japan's largest agriculture corporation Zen-Noh and renowned Michelin-starred Chef Yoshihiro Murata. Chef Murata's philosophy focused on presentation and flavors, striking a perfect balance between innovation and Japanese food culture traditions. Leading the kitchen was Chef Daisuke Hayashi, Murata's first apprentice, who passionately implemented his knowledge and technique to create authentic Japanese dishes using a combination of local and European ingredients. Tokimeite specialized in Kaiseki, Japanese Haute Cuisine, which combined fresh seasonal ingredients with a unique skill-set to introduce Japanese delicacies to the gourmet world. The main feature of Tokimeite was its Japanese Wagyu Beef, prepared in a way that extracted an ultimate amount of flavor. With its perfect marbling and distinct taste, it offered diners a truly exceptional culinary experience. Unfortunately, this business is now permanently closed.
