ROVI is a new chic restaurant located on Wells Street in Fitzrovia which showcases Ottolenghi's flair for combining unlikely ingredients and bold flavors. They locally source their produce, champion small producers of wine with low intervention, and utilize oft-discarded cocktail ingredients to achieve a unique and sustainable dining experience.
